The Request Registration form asks for your email address and referral code. These details are used to review your referral and respond to your request.

The Contact form asks for your name, email address and message so our team can respond to your enquiry.

How Forms Are Handled

This website is hosted on Webnode. Form submissions are stored in the Webnode project administration and notified to our team by email. Records include the submitted fields, submission date and submitting IP address.

After submission, a confirmation is shown on this website. We do not use automatic confirmation emails to applicants. Our team reviews requests manually.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, bank account details or identity documents in these forms.

Use of Request Records

We use and retain this information and relevant correspondence to the extent necessary to review requests, verify referral codes, communicate where needed, prevent misuse, handle enquiries and complaints, comply with legal obligations and deal with disputes. Access within our company is restricted to authorised personnel who need the information for their work. Storage and notifications involve processing by service providers such as Webnode.

Records and Corrections

We may use request records and correspondence as supporting material when checking facts or dealing with disputes. However, our records alone do not conclusively establish the facts. You may point out inaccuracies and provide additional information or explanations.

Retention of Information
